what is the maximum length of 1.5 inch discharge pipe that can be used without damage to pump

A lot depends on what direction the pipe is run.
Look on the pump or go on line and look up the pump and look how much head the pump can pump. Head is with the pipe straight up from the pump. No one here know what brand pump, or what model you have so just Google for the info. |

From that point it can run 1000 feet downhill if you desired. Most residential sump pumps will have no problem pushing the water up the 10 feet or so needed by most outlet piping. Don't forget the check valve. |
