Sump pump discahrge line

I am working on my father-in-law's home. I have installed a sump pump in the basement with the discharge (1.5" PVC) coming out of the back of the house directly over and area where I will be pouring a concrete patio. I don't want the sump discharge spilling over the patio so I plan on running pipe under the concrete. The patio is approximately 10' wide and extends across the back of the house. I will need to run the pipe approx 16' to clear the patio and other areas that I do not want water pooling. This is where I have questions. How deep should I run the pipe (we're in Michigan)? What size pipe? Should I run the pipe into a dry well? What about a pop-up overflow? Thanks for your help

I would try to reroute the sump discharge to a different exterior wall instead of running it under concrete due to freezing. Not sure of your frost depth but I would say don't do it. Find another wall
