Suggestions on Backwater valves

Hi All - I am going to be replacing my 35+ year old backwater preventer valve that is located in my front yard, between my house and the sanitary sewer in the street. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what brand/type is the best? My local home inprovement center has 4" PVC models for $35 made by Sioux Chief http://www.siouxchief.com/Drainage/R...er-Valve.YUC70

But, I have seen others just like it for hundreds more.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
