Such thing as 3"x3"x-1/2" ABS Y?

Hello.

Is there such thing as a 3"x3"x1-1/2" ABS Y "Black"? I need to tie in my new tub drain into the 3" line. I know I can get 3"x3"x2" Y but I cant find the 1-1/2". Could I just go with a 2" Drain line for my tub or do I need to get a 2" to 1-1/2" Reducer to go to the tub drain kit?

Would this work for you?

Or this?

If your tub drain kit is 1-1/2", there's no harm in using a reducing coupling to bring it up to 2" before it meets with the 3". That way at least you wouldn't have to wait for a UPS delivery. :)

(BTW - I've never shopped at either of the above sites before, so can't comment on whether you should use them).

Edit:

It can't hurt to go 1/2" bigger if your drain kit can connect directly to 2".

You can use a 2" to 1-1/2" bushing to reduce without adding length.
