Stained concrete floor showing water leak

The water leak was discovered in a closet. The shower is on the other side. We stopped using the shower for 3 weeks, re-grouted some missing grout, sealed it and waited 72hrs before using the shower again. There is water leak showing again in the concrete. Do I call a plumber? Will he have to break out dry wall to find out where the leak is coming from? Thanks for advice in advance. Oh, plumbing (and house) is 3 years old. Rox
