The solder or the valve? HELP!


Sounds like it just popped loose from the thinset---

If you stepped on the unit while the thinset was wet--you probably compressed the mud and left a hollow under it--

Don't know an easy fix--lift it enough to push some more mud under it--press it into the mud gently--and leave it alone until the mud is set up---
