Soft Tub Floor

Well I have been in my home for about 7 years now. Over that time (college etc) had many roommates and never personally used the guest bath. Now that things have changed (graduated/worked/married) I decided to check it out only to find that the tub floor feels soft, rotted, and is holding a puddle of water after showering. Got under the house and checked out the joist and subfloor to see that there is no rot or damage. How would one go about repairing/reinforcing a tub floor in such a case?

Note* It looks like the original contractor/builder used simple foam insulation to secure the floor. this is no longer holding the weight......

House was built in '92

Soft Tub Floor

Fiberglass tub??? They usually need support under them when installed. Either the support was never installed and the tub has weakened, or the support is deteriorated. Urethane foam injected under that area might help, but I suspect it is time for a new tub.
