Slow Toilet/Tub/Sink

I already posted this before but can't find it.

I have a second floor bathroom that I remodeled with a new toilet, vanity and sink. I replaced the drain pipes for the tub and the sink since they were both rotted when we bought the house. My problem is the tub drains very, VERY slowly and the toilet isn't as powerful as I would like. It seems to have a very weak flush and can't handle any more then a very small amount of material. I think the venting system is my problem but I would like to post an image of my setup and see what some of you think. Also let me know what my possible solution would be.

Thanks.

Slow Toilet/Tub/Sink

Alright that's the link to the old post.

If anyone has new ideas, please let me know. I'm tired of taking showers in standing water. It worked ok for a while in the beginning but not so much now.

I think your problem is venting, or actually, lack of. Click on the link below for an idea of what yourdrain piping and venting should look like.

Slow Toilet/Tub/Sink

I thought my problem might be venting but more so I'm thinking it has to do with the way the tub and sink are piped into the main sewer line. The tub fills up within only a few minutes of showering. The toilet seems to flush ok but def. not great. When someone flushes the toilet I can hear the water running down the vertical pipe in the downstairs bathroom but it def. doesn't do much in the shower. I'm getting very fed up with this. I think a call to the plumber is in order.

On a good note I did replace my pressure tank and now I have very nice pressure and no disruption between hot and cold water like I did before. I only hope that this isn't something I need to tackle every few years since I did find a lot of setiment and debris in the valve works and hose from the well.

So one issue down, one to go.
