Slow Filling Toilet (video)

Greetings fellow DIY'ers. Newby here. Gotta toilet that had begun to refill very slowly. The link below shows a video of my dirty fill tank (sorry :-) but you can see that it's slow to fill and hear that the water flow is sporadic.

Just thought I'd see what you guy's think would be the most probable culprit. Many thanks in advance for replies. I will do my best to give back.

Slow Filling Toilet (video)

Shut off the water supply, flush the toilet, suck out the tanks with a wet dry vac, or just use a sponge.
Remove the line where it connects to the toilet and place it in a bucket or big bowl and turn the water back on to check the flow.
If it's good then just replace the whole flush valve.
It's about $10.00 and takes all of 10 min. to replace.
