Slow filing toilet, fill valve already replaced

For some reason the supply line to my toilet has slowed to almost a drip. I've replaced the fill valve and the toilet still did not fill as fast as it should. So I pulled the supply line actually off the wall and turned the valve on. It should have came out and flooded my bathroom but it is barely came out at all. Its very slow. I do not have low pressure anywhere else but at the supply line at this one toilet. Help!

You may have to replace the shut-off valve seat, or the valve, sometimes the seat comes off them and sits in the valve body blocking the flow. You will have to shut the water off at the main to check this.

when you shut the water off to the toilet the washer came off the stem, a common problem with stops. If you can find the identical valve you can swap stems(remember to remove the washer that is floating around in the valve). If you can't swap stems you will have to change the stop.

Don't laugh--I've seen this one: Is your toilet located at an exterior wall? Could the water line to the toilet be in the exterior wall? With this crazy very cold spell that has hit some areas of the U.S. you "could have" a water line within an exterior wall that has frozen and you are not getting the proper flow even without the stop (valve) on the pipe. This could also happen if the water supply line is below the floor but near the exterior wall of the crawl space and not insulated.

It was the shutoff valve. Replaced it and now the toilet fills like it should! Thanks for all the replies.
