Sizing the Expansion Tank for a Boiler

I have a 30-year old HydroTherm HC-145B gas-fired boiler. I am wondering how to find out the output of the boiler to correctly size the expansion tank. Here is the photo of the plate on the boiler. I can list the numbers here:

Input: 145,000 BTU/HR
Heating Capacity: 113,000 BTU/HR (Is this the output?)
NET I.B.R. Rating-Water: 98,300 BTU/HR

If I remember everything correctly, the 113,000 is the output of the boiler and the NET IBR assumes a roughly 15% loss for additional piping to get the water to the radiators.
