size of pex to use?

What have I done

I am renovating an old farmhouse! all the plumbing will be replaced (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room.)

I am going with manifolds and home/run set-up. My question: off the manifold to the fixture is 1/2" pex adequate or should I be using 3/4" for any of the fixtures? ( ie washing machine or dishwasher)

Use 1/2" of the manifold to each fixture.
