Sink sprayer

I've viewed all the videos about installing a sink sprayer..they are all pretty simple. However, I ran into a little snag when installing mine...I can't thread the sprayer on the faucet because the hose turns and binds. Are there any secrets? Do I need another person working with me to "unwind: the hose as I am tightening it from down below? Thanks for the advise.

Sink sprayer

leave the spray head off, hold hose with one hand and tighten with other, the joint should swivel. If not then without the head hose will twist easily till tight then put head back on
