Sink Gurgling on Toilet Flush

We are in the process of finishing my basement. We had plumbing installed - the water was ran with Pex tubing and a sewer ejector pump was installed. Closest to the pump is a stall shower, then there is a toilet, then our bathroom sink, furthest down the line is a kitchen sink. The kitchen sink is not hooked up yet.

The toilet is flushing fine, the shower is draining water just fine...when I flush the toilet there is a gurgling in the sink. It seems as though water is sitting in the bottom of the P Trap once the water stops running, while water is running it is draining just fine.

There are vents on both of the sinks. I do not have a picture of the bathroom vent, but it is the same type of vent as is on the the kitchen sink, which I do have a picture of.

The vent on the bathroom sink is connected to the pipe in this picture, it extends to the ceiling.

I do not know if this is caused by a venting problem and cannot see if they are clogged since they have are behind sheetrock.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

PS. I do have a video showing all of the plumbing if that is needed.

ok 2 things first is the air admintance valve (cheater vent) must be accessible . so after you cut the drywall replace the black spring loaded vent(not legal for what you are using it for) and replace it with a legal no spring a.a.v. and see if that fixes issue
thn use a small cold air grill to cover up a.a.v so it is accessible in future
