single handed lever for tub

The handle on my tub broke off. I cannot find out how to get it off to replace it. I cannot find any screws to get the handle off. I looked under the handle for any type of nut/allen bolt and there was nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciate. Thanks!

Is there a round emblem or decoration on it. If so, it snaps in to cover the screw.

If there's a hole on the bottom, there's a setscrew. The setscrew should be inside of the hole about 1" and it should take an allen wrench.
