silcock to copper connection

i put in a new silcock exterior wall for outside water and wanted to connect it to the copper stub up for the kitchen (from the crawlspace). They are only a couple inches apart

Do I need a dialectric union to seperate the chromeplated silcock from the copper?

Should this connection be part of the plumbing rough in?

Finally should this connection be removable to help facilitate cabinet install, i guess the dialectric union could act as a union.

Thx for any help. just want to do my homework before the inspection.

#1 Why are you running your supplys through the floor and not the bottom plate?

How would you ever change the valve if it fail of it's mounted that way?
And no you do not need a dielectric nipple.

Add a piece of copper pipe to the bib so it stubs into the cabinet about 4" and secure the hose bib. That should be all you need for inspection Make it easy on yourself and don't connect it yet.
Shorten the stubs through the floor to about 8" and cap for inspection.
After you set the base cabinet you can make the final connection to the bib and sink in one go.

I must not understand what you mean, I don't see how this layout would prevent future replacement as long as he uses a sweat-to-thread adapter for the bib?
