Shower valve direction?

Hi guys, i have a separate valve coming off a theromostatic valve which controls the handheld showerhead. It has an arrow on it, just want to confirm that this indicates "water flow" right? So the arrow should be pointing down since it is below the thermo valve?
Hope this discription makes sense, thanks for the help

Shower valve direction?

it's probably for waterflow but maybe just for pointing up (probably the same thing). did you check out the installation directions?
