Shower trap leaks

Hi guys and girls. Does anybody know how you stop a shower trap set in tiles from leaking. This is in an upstairs shower and has ruined the ceiling in the room below. I have pulled the Gib/drywall off to gain access and am letting the timbers dry. Any suggestions as to where to start? How do you get the trap our without wrecking the tiles?

Shower trap leaks

Is it the drain or the trap. Sounds like you have already gained access to the plumbing. If you have to remove the drain you (if it is PVC) can break it out and replace it. If you can post some pictures.
