Shower Sucks

I'm sorry if I should've posted this elsewhere, but my shower barely gives any hot water. When I turn the dial on the inside shower valve the temperature never changes - hot to cold - nor - cold to hot.

Kitchen sink gets HOT, bathroom sink gets HOT...but the water from the shower varies from luke warm to a little hot. As a temporary measure we've started running cold water from the sink while we shower, and that has helped a little. But it's not enough. How can we fix it?

Most likly the anti scald valve is just stuck inside the faucet.
Every company is differant on how to fix it. Going to have to look up your faucet to see how to repair.
All it takes is some trash or a build up of minerals and it will stick.

Another possibility is a check valve stuck open on a recirculating system. If you don't have a recirculating pump, disregard my post.
