Shower Pan Leak

Is there any way to fix a shower pan leak, mud bed with tile, without doing a complete tear out?

You might re-grout. If not tear out will be next step. Is it the pan or around the drain?
See what others have to say.

Grout, some tile, thinset, and the mud bed itself are absolutely water-permeable. If the floor's waterproof membrane (vinyl, rubber, copper, etc) has a leak, there is no way to fix it except to tear out the floor and repair/replace the membrane.

Thank you both for the replies.

This is why we have shower pan test/inspections.
