Shower heads

Sent my wife out to buy a shower head and she came home with a 5" delta head.. Don't like it no pressure . I went to my second bathroom and removed a small head and replaced the big head, the thing works great, tons of pressure. Is there anyway to increase pressure in the 5" head?

"Flow Restrictor" in shower head.

Something similar to the white plastic piece. Some are easy to remove while others not so much. Should be right near the inlet.

Shower heads

I remain a BIG fan of the 'jet' type spray heads.
Especially the ones with the "navy shower" on-off button.

About $5 at most stores... plenty of pressure. No waste.
