Shower head compatibility (complete novice)

I am having a shower tiled and would like to get new hardware. My tile guy tells me I need to buy hardware that is compatible with the current hardware (the present fixtures are Chatham). Can anyone tell me what hardware is compatible with Chatham?

Sorry not familiar with the name. Best bet is to take the old fixtures to the hardware store with you and mate it up. Good luck.
