Shower drips!

Hi,

My husband and I just redid our bathroom. We ran pex lines from a manabloc system to the shower and tub (hot and cold lines).

The problem is this: everytime I turn the faucet on to have a bath, water starts dripping out of the showerhead (at a pretty decent speed) at the same time. It's not a full-bore shower spray, but it is still a significant flow. This gets water everywhere. The knob that you would normally pull up to start the shower is down, so that's not the problem. I can't figure out why this would be happening, and also how to fix it.

Any ideas?
M

Did you use copper pipe riser for the shower head?

Shower drips!

Hey, I ran into this once before, if it's Kohler, check page 3 of the install manual, do not use pex for the spout. I take it this is what you were getting at Ron?
