Shower Drain Cover Replacement

Just purchased a house and have cleared a slow draining shower. The house is single story on a concrete foundation with no crawl space. As is common, the two screws securing the cover were rusted and I had to drill the head off of one to remove the cover in order to clear the drain. Can I replace the existing cover with the screws with a snap in cover without having to change any of the existing flanges or drain pipes?

Thanks

If you can find one that fits well.
A dab of silicon to keep it still might help too.
