shower drain: cast iron vs bronze ?ASAP

Hi: Do anyone heard of a bronze shower drain? I heard of cast iron shower drain, but not sure if it better or worse than a bronze? Bronze sound expensive too. If they make them Who the manufacture?

Need quick answer becaause we have to give that request to our general contractor.This is to be install in a hot mop shower pan. Not sure that make any different. What size 2" drain?

The dain body is usually cast iron. The strainer assembly will be bronze.
JR Smith and Zurn are 2 manufacturers that come to mind. And yes, 2" for a shower
