shower drain
 

Need to replace shower drain, but it's inbeded in concrete. I'm not a plumber. It is an old shower,and has a ball in it, what do I do? Can some one help? Thanks Drago.:eek:

Has a ball in it? Is this an old basment floor drain with a floating ball for backwater protection turned into a shower? Why do you need to replace the drain?

because the ball is stuck in the back flow valve, it looks like the rubber gasket broke apart. what do you suggest? thanks drago.
