Shower Door Transom is loose

I have one of those full glass shower doors and transom (to completely seal the shower for steam). The transom is suppose to be able to rotate to let humidity out when not in use or just sing the shower. It has gotten progressively more and more loose to the point where it has no friction at all to hold it in place and it just moves where ever by it's own weight.

Is there a way to adjust this? The clamps that hold it in place seem to just have a one screw to hold it up, not adjust it. Do I need to contact the custom shower door installer?
