repairguy Newbie Join Date: Aug 2011 Posts: 1	short cycling boiler Having trouble finding out what's causing gas fired teledyne laars hot water boiler (approx. 25yrs. old). Replaced aquastat for indirect water heater. T-stats are off througout house. I suspect it me be defective electric ignitor as there is no standing pilot for either boiler or hot water heater. Any help with possible causes of short cycling would be greatly appreciated.
