shallow well?

Can anyone Help????????????Hello. I have a shallow well. It will not hold pressure and pump would not cut off.. I have replaced with new tank and new check value. Took 4ever but it started holding pressure and had great water flow, for a day. Pressure is back to 15 and pump will not cut off. No leaks. I think to pump is just old. Please help. Justasking, Thanks

shallow well?

How have you determined there are no leaks?

You have a jet pump next to your shallow well, or do you have a submersible in it? How far is it from the pump to the tank and pressure switch ? What is the elevation difference from the pump to your pressure tank and pressure switch? How many HP is the pump?
