septic tank venting

I've had several septic systems myself and don't ever remember seeing one vented.

Well there was one one time but that was because I drove my Bobcat over it and the lid broke in. Don't think for a minute that won't scare the hell out of ya.

septic tank venting

In most jurisdictions there is no vent at the septic tank but in some jurisdictions a vent is required at the far end of the leach field.

This is in addition to vents for drain lines in the house.
