sealed sump

Well when we bought our house, the previous owners had the basement professional tested for radon... we have the reports to back that up... it was below 4.0 pCi/L and nothing was recommended needed to be done immediatly besides sealing the sump with an airtight lid...

well I did a "quick" 3 day activated charcol test and got 10.8 pCi/L not sure if there was an error or not but that is above the take some mitigation action level.. which is odd because I littearly just gutted the basement, and filled and sealed every crack I could find (maybe I made it too tight?) but the sump is the only thing I have not goten sealed up... does anyone sell lids that can be sealed? it does have an active pump in it, as our house's foundation is 1 ft below the water table to start with it does run a good bit..

are there anything I can buy myself to do this, or am I going to have to call a radon specialist in to seal the sump? thanks
