Schluter shower pan question

The Scluter pan (32"x60") comes with a center drain hole and an offset drain hole but neither are 'ideal' for my situation. I'm curious if its possible to cut a section..say about 8" off of one end and place it at the other end? This would help me adjust the drain between the bench and the wall. My instinct tells me that would inhibit the integrity of the pan but thought I would ask the question.
