Sanitary t and cleanout

Does a sanitary t for a bathroom sink have to be separate from the clean out? In other words, can I use a sanitary t with two sides, one for sink drain and the other for clean out?

Or are two separate t's required?

Thanks

I believe you're referring to a cross? It would be unconventional, but would work. Usually a co tee is installed. If the plumber stuck his cable in the back side of the cross, he may end up sending it across the tee and coming out the sink- not a pretty sight....
