installing bathroom in basement and am intrigued by the SANIFLOW plus. does anyone have significant experience with these and know if they work well? we would be installing a shower, toilet and sink. it looks like the shower would need to be set on a 4" platform which is not a big deal. the advantages would be avoiding costly excavation and, more importantly, not busting through a proven concrete slab (from a water proofing point of view).
I installed one in my office and three for customers. Not one problem. Its going on 2 years. I was skeptical with the 3/4" discharge. Expensive but well worth the money. They must be properly vented to the atmosphere or an existing vent. No automatic or "pro vents.
