SaniCompact upflush toilet- no venting

My wife and I are expecting a baby and we desperately need to add a half bath for our growing family. I've been doing a lot of research and I think the best solution for our problem is using the sanicompact toilet. This system does not need to be vented and no concrete need to be dugged up!

This is my first big project and I"m looking for help from you guys. There is a 1-1/2 discharge line currently in the place where the washer machine used to be. I want to connect the toilet discharge to this pipe. How would you guys go about doing this? Also, should i run the sink independently or connect it to the sanicompact system?

it say it must have 3 feet of 1 inch pipe before dumping into a 3 inch drain and i would not hook the sink to the unit since there is a way to drain sink which would let the unit run less. i have installed lift toilets and i only recommend them if sewer main is above slab, due to cost of unit noise of unit and maintenance. it is cheaper to remove a little concrete and better in the long run

if not wanting to remove concrete maybe a wall mount rear discharge toilet would work
