Sani-Seal toilet ring???????????????

Have any of you professionals tried the sani-seal toilet ring they advertise sometimes at the bottom of the page?

just curious. I have 30 toilets to maintain and i'm looking for a better way the next time i have to replace a ring. I have always used wax rings with the plastic flange, but my luck (experience) doesn't always cooperate when it comes to wax rings and getting a good seal the first time. I was thinking of trying a sani-seal next time around.

any input on the sani-seal?

Never tried one, but the reviews on Amazon seem pretty favorable. Personally I like the wax rings as they allow for any flooring imperfections.

P.S. - That whole lot of WCs you're dealing with, lucky fella.

Thanks for the reply VIP.
I've been reading the reviews as well and i think i'm gonna try one next time for 10 bucks. One way to find out.
I was hoping someone in "the real world" here, had tried one, or more.

Wife and i own a small Inn, and some rental property. Plus our own home with two chitters. It's definitely been a learning experience for the past 18 years. I try and do most all of my own maintenance and I know just enough to be dangerous
that's why i'm always here askin questions of you fine fellas

That type of ring is recommended for wall hung units, as the wax won't hold it's shape in that position, but I've never done one of those. Yet.

Nothing like baptism by fire, I guess.
