Sandy water plugged toilets and sinks

Felix520 Newbie   Join Date: Nov 2011 Posts: 1	Sandy water plugged toilets and sinks Water is not running in bathroom sinks and toilets. When it came out of the bathtub, it's full of sand. Seems like sand got into water lines running into the house. I ran the bathtub until the water was clear but how do I get bathroom sinks to run?

biggles Member     Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Long Island Posts: 3,196	Sandy water plugged toilets and sinks fill a 5 gallon bucket and keep dumping it into the toilet then do the toilet tank a couple of times pull all the screens and let it run...are you on city water or well
