Sandy water plugged toilets and sinks

Water is not running in bathroom sinks and toilets. When it came out of the bathtub, it's full of sand. Seems like sand got into water lines running into the house. I ran the bathtub until the water was clear but how do I get bathroom sinks to run?

Open up the outside hose bibs and flush out the pipe until that water runs clear before you run a lot of water through the toilets and sinks.
