rusted toilet flange removal?

I bought a house over 30 years old. I replaced 2 toilets already, when I went to replace the 3rd one I found a rusted flange. While in the process of removing the bolts, I hit a pocket of rust. Well I started chipping the rust away, now the flange is only half a ring now. How do I replace it, it is on a cement slab. Any help would be appreciated!

You need a flange repair kit. I have included a link so you can see what is available and decide for your problem. Most of these can be purchased at HD or Lowes. Just click on the link below. You will also need tapcon screws since the parts need to be fastened to the concrete floor.
