Rough-in specs for toto toilet.

Ron on that toliet link i posted on another thread it said SPECIAL NOTE
Water supply rough-in is wider than standard 5 1/2" rough-in. Consult your builder or contractor.

What does this mean. Would a plumber have to change the pipe in the wall to make that toto toliet work?

What they are saying is the water supply stub out from center of toilet needs to be more then 5 1/2", they recommend rough at 8" from center and 4" off floor.

It the stub interfers with the setting of the toilet then yes a change would need to be done.

See spec pdf sheet via this link.
