Rough plumbing slab before septic

I have a real quick question.

I am planning to build a 45'x55' building on my grandparents property. I'm going to use it as storage for a couple years and once I'm ready the property will be divided and this will be converted for use as a residence

My question is can I have the plumbing in the slab roughed in and capped off outside the slab? I obviously won't have the septic installed and won't until I'm converting to a house. I will be able to figure the best location for the system though.

Shouldn't be a problem. Just leave a few extra feet or more outside the slab and glue on your caps. Then you'll have plenty to extra to cut into.
