Ridgid SF-2000 SuperFreeze Problem

I have a Superfreeze unit that only wants to work when freeze heads are above the unit. If Superfreeze unit is higher than the freeze heads they will work but do not freeze right.

Anyone here with experience on head/unit height placement ?

Thanks in advance.
