restarting my boiler

need some tips on restarting my boiler. I drained my lines for fear of them freezing after we lost power. I have a tankless system with a superstore tank (after I type that - it doesn't make sense), but that is what it is. Can I just turn the water back on and open up the spigots that i drained the system from to get the air out? the system is about 15 years old, (super store is only 2). Any help is appreciated, or should i just call a plumber?
