rerouteing drain line from kitchen

I live in a 1926 house on a hill with septic tank below. The kitchen drain line is defunct and not acessible. I ran a 2" line under concrete to outside and down side of yard (above ground) . What is the los angeles code for running a drain line above ground? The inspector said it needs to be U.V.rated. I cannot find that product. It would be very hard to bury pipe since it is next to stairs and a fence with concrete posts. Thanks , Errol

I don't know what the code is where you live about burying the pipe, but you can't leave pvc exposed to the sun, ultra violet rays. It needs to be painted or below the ground, the sun will destroy it
