Replacing shower cartridge to one that adjusts for water volume

My shower faucet is a handle that only adjusts for hot and cold. Can I replace the cartridge to to one that changes water volume also? I cannot tell what brand faucet it is.

Why would you need to adjust the flow?
Pressure to high, to low?

Elmaur.... Yea... alot of them now, at least at the low end, do not have a volume control.

While I am not certain but pretty sure , I don't know of any makes that you can just chnge the cartridge. The configuration is entirely different and you'll have to put in a whole new valve and fixture.

I like to adjust the flow- I have used this in many showers and like the option.
Edit: and it can save water. I do live in the desert.
Incidentally the water pressure in my area is just adequate. I see this at all my faucets.

MTN REMODEL LLC- I suspected it might not be a simple change of cartridge. Waiting for others to weigh in...

To the best of my knowledge it's not possible.
Suggest changing the valve to Delta. Some of their models have that ability.
I think that is where Mtn Remodel is headed

MTN REMODEL LLC... My shower is tiled. I could gain access from the backside by cutting in to sheetrock wall of closet but that will be a project for another time.
