Replacing Roman tub faucet need to identify

I need help in replacing the Roman tub faucet on my whirlpool bath, due to the fact that the spout (which is about 9 inches long has corroded). If possible I would like to replace the trim pieces without removing the tub. Unfortunately I was not able to identify the manufacturer and wondered if anyone could help based on the following pictures:

Michael, Welcome to the Forum, Thanks for including the Pics
There must be thousands of similar faucets along with at least better quality replacements. I would check out faucets at a high end walk-in Plumbing store (not a Big Box stores)

You did not give your location. If you were in west LA I would say:
Snyder Diamond, Santa Monica, CA

Hi Michael, did you ever determine the manufacture of the faucet? I have the same faucet spout but with different handles. My problem is the same, old faucet with degrading plating and no access accept from the top.
