Replacing kitchen sink

I am wanting to replace my kitchen sink change it out from a double bowl to a single ( I hate flooding the kitchen with the double bowl when I do the dishes) How difficult is this to do? I have all the supplies and feel confident I can do this myself the main prob I think I am going to have is removing the old sink. I will be replacing the faucet at the same time.
I know I will have to reroute the garbage disposal since it now is on the right side and I will need it in the center I am not worried about doing that.

Replacing kitchen sink

First thing is to get a single sink the fits in the same cutout as your double. That may prove to be the most difficult part, plumbing should not be too difficult
