Replacement Shower Escutcheon

I want to replace the shower escutcheon since the chrome is peeling and I hope someone can help with a part number. The shower faucet is made by Moen and the plastic handle indicates it is the Chateau series. The outside diameter of the plate is 7". The mounting holes are at 5 and 7 o'clock. The diameter of the hole for the valve is approximately 1 1/8". The center to center distance between the mounting holes is also about 1 1/8". Stanadyne is stamped on the front between the two mounting holes. The shower was installed around 1986. I'm sure it was a standard contractor grade used in residential developments. Is this enough information to identify the correct replacement part?

Thanks,
David

Replacement Shower Escutcheon

I've been checking for Moen replacement parts online. The difficulty has been finding dimensional drawings. I've found several different Moen escutcheons that look similar in the drawings, but the dimensions of the mounting holes, center hole, etc. are not provided.
