Replaceable pipe under concrete

we are going to have a concrete slab poured. Im wanting to run a pipe from the hot water heater in the utility room going under the slab (across the hall way) to a bathroom wall about 4 to 5 feet away. I really dont want to go up and through the attic. However I want to be able to replace the pipes if they was to ever leak. I can use up to a 4" secondary pipe size as this will be the size of my vent line anyway in that wall. Is there some kind of strong dependable lines I can run through a secondary pipe for a short run under slab like Im wanting and still be able to replace them later if needed because of a leak ?

Replaceable pipe under concrete

Since Ive posted this question Ive received a possible solution. Something that might work would be two sweep 90's. I think I could slide two 1/2" pipes through a 4" piece. I will have to go to a supply house and try to experiment.
