Replace Water Pressure Regulator

We just found out that we need to replace our water pressure regulator, and I was wondering if this was something we could do ourselves, and how much it would cost to do. Our water pressure is at 140. We live in a townhouse, and our neighbors were having the same problem, so they had someone come and fix theirs, but I wanted to save some money, if possible.

Replace Water Pressure Regulator

Sure you can. Just shut the water off, remove it and install a new one.

If you'd like more insight on exactly what those steps entail (soldering, valve replacement, etc) we need some pictures.
