Removing silicone caulk

I just redid a sink and got a fine film of silicone caulk all over a porcelain bathroom sink. What can I use to remove it? Comet?

Since the sink is porcelain, it should roll/peel off fairly easy once it cures. Unfortunately, so might the rest of it.

Its not big gobs, its just a fine film that makes the porcelain look dirty.

A terry-cloth rag and a little elbow grease, or even a bit of micro gloss if you have some handy(it's like soft scrub)
